Martin Fanning
Marty has been training clients since 2004. He has undergone extensive training over the years including cert 3 & 4 in Fitness, Bachelor of Sport Science, Masters of Physiotherapy, Level 2 CrossFit Trainer and Level 1 & 2 Australian Weightlifting Federation.
Marty and the team have a large emphasis on skill/technique development before we add load. This allows clients/members to learn the skills of CrossFit and weightlifting and minimising the risk of any injuries. So whether you are a beginner or expert you will be guide to the correct technique/form to achieve the best results from each and every workout.

Bree Harris
As a Physiotherapist for the last decade, Bree has developed a very keen observational eye. She is great at assessing your technique and formulating a plan to address any weaknesses in your training and lifestyle in general. Bree is a CrossFit level 1 Trainer loves the variety and challenge that CrossFit brings to exercising, as well as the community of amazing people that come with it. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their own specific goals, in our supportive environment.

Sophie Belfrage
Sophie has been in the fitness industry for 2 years. during this time she has completed her level one CrossFit, cert 3 &4 in personal training, Level 1 and 2 weightlifting/sports power coach and CrossFit gymnastics specialty course. Sophie has a passion to help members and clients meet their full potential within the gym! Sophie leads an active lifestyle as a busy mum of 2 and has training in CrossFit for the past 7 years.
Coach
Deanna is the latest addition to the team. She has recently left the busy Melbourne life where she was a personal trainer for 10 years. Deanna has now happily found her place here at CrossFit Bairnsdale.
She has a background of Adventure Racing and Obstacle racing with a focus on endurance events.
