CrossFit
CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity functional movement. CrossFit incorporates a varied range of weightlifting movements, gymnastics & cardio to help each member build their strength and fitness for a better lifestyle.
Each class is run by trained CrossFit coaches helping you learn technique to move safely and efficiently through each movement. CrossFit is scalable to every level of fitness.
Classes run for 60 mins
Circuit Class
The perfect class for someone returning from an injury, beginning or restarting their fitness journey or looking for a lower intensity class that really allows focus on form. We have a mix of cardio, upper body, lower body and core exercises to create a challenging workout.
Each class is run by a certified trainer to guide and support you.
The circuit will have several stations varying each day, members will work at each station for a minute at their own pace.
Classes run for 45 mins
Weightlifting
Our weightlifting classes are technique focused class, programmed to help you develop the skills/technique required to be efficient at the snatch and clean and jerk.
The class also utilises strength lifts such as front & back squats to complement the snatch and clean and jerk.
Classes runs for 60 minutes
PRVN Pump
PRVN pump is a full body pump session focused on some classic bodybuilding components. This class has been developed to build strength, tone and stability in a lower intensity setting, which can feel a little easier on the joints. If you've been doing CrossFit or high intensity classes this is a great addition if you need to pull things back a bit to work on your strength to rebuild, recharge & get back into classic CrossFit.
Classes run for 60 mins
Personal Training
We do offer one-on-one personal training with our qualified trainers. These session are driven by the goals of the client which the trainer will devise a program to help them achieve their desired results.
Sessions are either 30mins or 60mins.

CrossFit Kids
This is a class designed for kids from the ages of 12-18yrs old. We work on all the skill/technique aspects of CrossFit. The kids get modified versions of our adult classes but the intensity is set to a level that all kids can achieve the desired workout stimulus.
Apart from working out it is great fun for kids to be apart of the CrossFit community at such a young age.
These sessions run during the school terms on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon.
